He entered the world at 12:56 a.m., February 20, 2010.
Tucker weighed in at 8lbs 5oz and was 19.25 inches long
Both Tucker Ray and Delci are doing great.
At the January 5th meeting, President Curtis Biggs appointed a new committee, Hospitality Committee. Michael Mild was appointed chairperson of the committee. Barbara Taylor volunteered to serve with Michael. This committee will be responsible for being the key people contacted when there is a need in the club - hospital stay, funeral, marriage or other special situations. They will be responsible to make contact with new members, keep the Club informed of their visits and updates on our members. Please contact Michael or Barbara if you have something that arises that you would like the Club to be aware of. See the Contact US page for contact information.
Thanks to 2010 Lubbock Saddle Club Queen, Joanna Byrne and Jackie Skinner, the Lubbock Saddle Club placed 2nd at the
San Angelo Parade on February 20th! Thank you ladies for representing our club as well as you did! Hopefully, we can get more riders to participate in next year's parade. To view photos, click here - to go to the San Angelo Parade 2010 page. Congratulations and a job well done!
The Association rode in the Fort Worth Stock Show Parade and Grand Entry on January 16th. We had a good showing from most of the clubs in the Association. Photos that have been received have been posted under the Photo Gallery tab. If you have photos and would like added, please forward them to the webmaster. Also, please indicate who are in the photos so those in the photos can properly be identified.
Please remember, the Lubbock Saddle Club is holding a Saddle Raffle. Tickets are $5.00 each. All funds raised will go towards the arena grounds for the septic repair. If you are interested in purchasing a ticket, please contact any of the officers on the Contact Us tab. Any and all help that you can give in selling the tickets will help us reach the goal of $2,500 quickly. You can print a copy of the Saddle Raffle Flyer - which contains photos of the saddle and contact information. If you would like to sell tickets, plesae contact Veronika Harris. The saddle will be awarded at the first playday of the 2010 season.
Remember, you may now pay your 2010 dues at any time. Remember, your points for the playdays will NOT count until after your dues are paid. Pay them today so your points count from the beginning of the season! Please see the Club Secretary,
